SS7 SIERO 1/ROXU GRUPO

The first fastest time for today, Saturday, on the Rally Princesa de Asturias-Ciudad de Oviedo has gone to Iván Ares. On stage Seven the Galician driver has been able to gain a tenth on Miguel Fuster, who continues leading the classification for the National cars. The duel between both drivers, that was the highlight of Friday, continues today.

The European class, on the other hand, has one name. Jonathan Pérez who is out on his own. He set the five fastest times on Friday and has secured the quickest time now on Siero 1. On this section, the second best time went to Esteban Vallín, but in the General Classification Cima stays in second place. Jonathan Pérez has a total time of 54:25:60 minutes, Cima is 1:44:33 behind and Senra, in third is 2:48:50 in arrears.

Coming now on the next stage is the section in which the jury, presided over by former driver Luis Climent, will award a prize to the three teams that technically take the curve at Fresneu the best. The turn is at the 8.57 kilometre mark on stage 8 Villaviciosa 1/Viajes El Corte Inglés.
